Terms of Use

MyPA helps you plan and keep track of trips: an itinerary, bookings, expenses, boarding passes, entry-requirement checks, and an AI assistant. It is a planning tool. It is not a travel agent, an airline, a hotel, or an insurer, and it does not sell travel.

Answers from the AI assistant, flight status, weather, visa and entry information, check-in windows, exchange rates and place details can be wrong or out of date. Before you rely on them for a real decision, check them with the airline, the hotel, your government or another official source. You are responsible for the trip and document information you enter.

MyPA does not book anything for you. When it shows a link to a travel site, you finish the search or the booking on that site, under that site's own terms and privacy policy. Prices, availability and star classes are decided by those sites and can change at any moment. A price MyPA mentions is only indicative. MyPA is not responsible for a booking you make.

The "details to copy" and check-in helpers only show information to copy. You enter it on the official site yourself and you decide what to submit. Use only the official website or app of the airline or authority. Look-alike sites often charge fees for something that is free.

Keep your sign-in secure. You may use MyPA as a guest, but a guest account can be lost if you clear your browser, so sign in with Google to keep your data. You must be at least 13 years old. If you add other people's details (a traveler's name or passport number), make sure you have the right to.

Do not misuse MyPA: do not try to break it or read other people's data, do not send automated or abusive traffic, do not use it for anything illegal, and do not store content you have no right to store. We may limit or stop access to protect the service or other people.

What you add stays yours. You allow MyPA to store it and to process it, including with the services listed in the Privacy Policy, only to run the features you use.

MyPA is provided "as is", with no promise that it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, wrong bookings, or decisions you make based on what the app shows. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

We may change these terms or the service; the "Last updated" date shows when. You may stop using MyPA at any time. You can delete your account yourself under Profile, or email support@mypatravel.com. What happens to shared trips and groups is explained in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel decide disputes about them. This does not remove any right you have under the mandatory consumer or data-protection law of the country where you live.
